- The price would include a unit price,mold charge and shipping cost via UPS/Fedex/DHL or any other air & ocean shipping forwarder. Price would be different based on different design, quantity & specifications.
- Once our quote is confirmed, we will send you proforma invoice for payment and create production artwork for your approval.
- Once artwork is approved, we will start production immediately and send you the shipment & tracking number after finished.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We don't have minimum order quantity limit but most clients start their order at 100pcs which get much bettter price than 20 or 50pcs.
Small quantity is also very welcome! Higher quantity get better price.
What if I receive damaged or incorrect items?
Please email us immediately with: Your order number, Photos of the packaging and items, Count of damaged/incorrect pieces. Our quality team will review and your sales representative will propose a solution within 24 hours.
