This Agreement applies to all products purchased by customers on the Website or through other channels, including customized and non-customized products. Our company reserves the right to update the terms at any time. The updated terms will be published on the official website. Customers need to check regularly to understand the latest content.

Product Classification and Description

• Non-customized products: standard inventory products, product descriptions are based on information provided by manufacturers.
• Customized products: customized according to customer needs, there may be slight differences, customers need to confirm the design draft and bear the final responsibility.

Our company does not fully guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions. If it is found that non-customized products do not match the description, customers can return them.

Orders and Payments
1. Customers need to provide accurate order information, including product specifications, quantity, delivery address, etc.
2. Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, Western Union, bank transfer, etc., which shall be subject to the order page.
3. Customized products require a deposit or full payment before production can begin, and non-customized products must be paid before shipment.
4. If the order is cancelled due to price errors or insufficient inventory, our company will notify the customer and refund the full amount.

Refund and Return Policy

• Non-customized products: Undamaged goods can be returned for a refund within 30 days, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
• Customized products: In principle, returns and refunds are not supported unless the product has serious quality problems.

If the customized product has defects, the customer must notify our company within 7 days after receiving the goods, and our company will remake or partially refund.
The return must be confirmed by our company, and a return label or pickup must be arranged.

Cancellation Policy

• Non-customized products: Orders can be canceled free of charge before production or shipment.
• Customized products: Cancellation is not allowed after production begins. If the customer insists on cancellation, the mold fee, material fee, etc. that have been incurred must be borne.

Cancellation of orders paid by credit card or paypal requires a handling fee, and there is no handling fee for other payment methods.

Risks and responsibilities
1. After the goods are delivered to the carrier, the risks and responsibilities are transferred to the customer.
2. Our company is not responsible for damage or loss caused during transportation, but can assist customers in claiming compensation from the carrier.
3. Customers are required to check the goods upon signing for them. If any damage or missing items are found, they must notify our company within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property
1, Customers must ensure that the designs, trademarks, etc. provided do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
2. Customers authorize our company to use the designs provided by them for production, but the ownership still belongs to the customers.
3. Without our written consent, customers may not copy, disseminate or commercially exploit our product designs or proprietary information.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
1. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, policy changes, etc.).
2. We are not responsible for indirect, special or consequential damages, and the upper limit of liability is the order amount or US$1,500 (whichever is lower).
3. The products and services provided by our company are subject to "as is" and no express or implied warranties are provided.

Delays and force majeure
We will try our best to deliver the products on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the following reasons:

• Delays in customs inspection or customs clearance;
• Delays in international transportation (such as weather, strikes, war, etc.);
• Customers change orders.

If the delay is caused by our company, our company will provide alternative solutions or partial compensation.

Confidentiality Clause
Customers shall not disclose any business information obtained from our company, including product prices, design drafts, customer information, etc. All information provided by customers is strictly confidential and is only used for order processing and related services.

Other Terms

• The invalidity of some of the terms of this Agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
• Our company reserves the right to adjust product prices, service content and terms at any time without prior notice.
• Customer rights are not transferable, but our company may transfer this agreement at any time.
