Payment Methods

For the payment method article applicable to foreign trade companies, the following are several important points, which you can adjust and expand according to specific business needs:

1. Supported payment methods
  • T/T Remittance: Bank transfer is accepted. Customers need to provide accurate bank information. Our company will confirm the order after receiving the payment.
  • Credit Card: Support mainstream credit card payments such as Visa and MasterCard. The payment process is safe and convenient.
 
Other payment methods: such as PayPal, Western Union, etc., which can be negotiated according to customer needs.

2. Payment terms
  • Customized products: Production can only start after a deposit (usually 50% of the total order amount) is paid, and the balance is paid before shipment.
  • Non-customized products: Full payment must be completed before shipment.
  • Large orders: Installment payments or special payment arrangements can be negotiated based on the customer's credit situation.

3. Invoice and Payment Voucher
Our company will provide a formal invoice after receiving the payment. The invoice content includes product name, quantity, amount, payment method, etc. Customers need to keep payment vouchers (such as bank transfer receipts, credit card payment records, etc.) to verify the payment.

4. Payment Security and Privacy
All payment information will be strictly confidential and only used for order processing. Credit card payments are made through encrypted channels to ensure the security of customer information.

5. Delayed Payment and Late Payment Fees
If the customer fails to pay within the agreed time, our company has the right to suspend order processing. Late payment may incur late payment fees, and the specific rate is calculated based on the order amount and overdue time.

6. Refund and Dispute Resolution
  • If the order is cancelled due to our company's reasons or the product does not meet the requirements, our company will refund the full amount.
  • If the order is cancelled due to customer reasons, the deposit or payment paid may not be refunded (see cancellation policy for details).
  • If a dispute arises during the payment process, the two parties should give priority to resolving it through friendly negotiation.
